Since I can remember knowledge is part of my life, into my life were and are teachers, some of them impact my life. Transmit the knowledge is by the Education.
Education has two parts, one is taught and the other part is learned. "As calcium needs vitamin D to maximize its absorption, learning, as I will show, is enhanced by teaching ..." So, each part is important, without one of them the real process of education would not fulfill the purpose.
Read "Is the -great American Teacher Dead? and the part where E:L Cerroni -Long concluded that American students were not very deep intellectually. I recall my own experience as a student and evaluating my past education, I agree with her conclusion, that many of my partners even me were not very deep intellectual because one problem was learned from poor teaching, and other was did not grow our abilities.
Teacher depends on the culture, Now at this time, in my country into the culture, the education is important, as the students, parents as the teacher do a little better the learning-Teaching.
William W. Purkey says " The most important aspect of a teacher is to be a romantic". Romantic? is an interesting word, into this word is being passionate, kind, dedicated with a good influence, making the knowledge part of the life.
Being a teacher is an important rule, before giving class, and for my future class, I learned that teaching is a noble career, and as a teacher, I need to develop abilities for being a good tool and help each student to continue in his/her way through the education.

Good job! I agree that teaching is a noble career and even more than that...as you said, teachers should have or feel the passion and love when they teach.

I think the greastest strength in a TESOL teacher is a humble and meek heart, to recognize the abilities and weekness from the student to learn with our abilities and weakness to teach. After that work to find the better tool to use.

ResponderBorrarTechnology is a blessing, and change the culture into the society, for example, in the past in the town the women could not study because they are a woman, the man only studied few years, and then work. through the years, the society changes by technology, so the society still learning that more education is more stability and not only in economy, also in person, emotion and spiritual progress. More parents decide a better life for their children, more students are searching knowledge and more teachers engaged; this attitude is because all of us want a better world for each one of us.
